Chef Dominic graduated Top of his Class from the Florida Culinary Institute in 1996. He has worked for some of the most prestigious Golfers and Sports Figures in the world during his tenure as Sous Chef for PGA National Spas and Resorts in Palm Beach, Florida. His background in the Culinary Arts has taught him not only the techniques to create some of the world’s most tantalizing dishes, but also the cultural knowledge of each cuisine. This knowledge and a tastefully delicious experience await you and your friends.
On a daily basis you can find Chef Dominic at home playing Mr. Mom and Mr. Grandson (in his spare time- lol). Of course cooking is his PASSION, but his family is his life. He has been married to Debbi for 13 years and they have raised 3 lovely children; Lanie, Sophie & David. Grandmom Phill has been with us in SC since 2003. Chef Dominic looks forward to the opportunity to bring his family friendly attitude, skills and good nature to you.
